1. Eligibility for Returns

2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:

You must notify us within 3 days of receiving the product.

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

You must provide proof of purchase (order ID, receipt, or confirmation email).
3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return or refund, please follow these steps:

If approved, we will share return instructions.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

The refund will be issued via the original method of payment or mobile wallet.

In case of cash-on-delivery orders, we may offer a store credit or bank transfer.
Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the error was on our part.
5. Exchanges
If you received a faulty or incorrect item, we are happy to send a replacement (subject to stock availability) at no additional cost.
6. Return Shipping

7. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and resale reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
